Even worse than before

This app drives me crazy. To see the lift status you have to click into reports and then lifts - this should be front and center. Its also not always accurate. At 9 am it was still showing all lifts closed and later in the day chair 2 was on wind hold but it was showing green. What drives me bananas though is that when I just open the app to see the lift status it keeps running in the background like map apps and the only way to get out of it is to system close the app. Why cant I check lift status without it constantly checking my location!?
